Features
An AI learning layer for the YouTube you already watch
YouTube integration
You connect your own YouTube account with Google sign-in. We read what you allow through the official YouTube Data API — we never download, copy, re-host or modify any video.
Import your subscriptions
Bring in the channels you already follow, with their titles, descriptions and public statistics, straight from the YouTube Data API.
Watch in place, on YouTube's player
Videos play in YouTube's own embedded player and always link back to YouTube, so creators keep their views and their attribution.
A saner notification plan
Get a suggested per-channel notification setup based on how much you actually learn from each one, then apply it in one step.
AI-powered recommendations
The point is not more videos. It is the right next video for what you are trying to learn.
Channel learning scores
Each subscription is analysed and scored for learning value, categorised by topic, and flagged when it has gone quiet or duplicates another channel you follow.
For You
A personalised recommendation set built from your goals, interests and what you have actually watched — not from what is merely popular.
Trending, filtered for learning
See what is gaining traction in educational content in your categories, sortable by relevance, views or recency.
Channel discovery
Find high-scoring channels in your topics that you have not subscribed to yet, based on how they score across the whole user base.
Personalised learning
Your learning profile is yours to edit, and the product adapts to it rather than the other way round.
A learning profile you control
Set your current skills, interests and level. Or let the product infer them from your last 30 days of watching and merge that with what you already told it.
Goal modes and weekly goals
Pick a learning direction to steer recommendations, and set weekly video and hour goals to keep yourself honest.
Learning roadmaps
Describe where you are and where you want to get to, and AI generates an ordered set of steps — then matches real videos from your library and from YouTube to each one.
Search and discovery
Find the video you half-remember, or the one you did not know to look for.
Semantic search
Search in plain language. Meaning is matched using vector embeddings, so you do not have to guess the words in the title.
Knowledge graph
See how the topics across your subscriptions connect to each other, and where the gaps in your coverage are.
AI learning assistant
Answers grounded in your own library, using retrieval over your videos and transcripts rather than guesswork.
AI Mentor
Talk through what to learn next, why a channel is or is not serving you, and how to structure your time — with your subscriptions and watch history as context.
Video summaries and study notes
Generate a structured summary and study notes for a video, so you can decide whether it is worth your time and keep something after you have watched it.
In-app assistant
Ask about your own learning data or how a feature works, without leaving the page you are on.
Focus, history and insight
What you did, what it added up to, and how to protect the time.
Knowledge feed
One feed of new videos from your subscriptions, ranked by learning value and broken down by category so you can see what you are really consuming.
Focus timer and focus mode
A Pomodoro timer for study sessions, plus a focus mode that strips the interface back to what you are working on.
Content filtering
Suppress Shorts, archive channels you have outgrown, spot inactive ones, and bulk-unsubscribe from the rest.
Learning history and reports
Track streaks, hours and completion rates over time, and export weekly, monthly or quarterly intelligence reports as PDF or CSV.
How we work with YouTube
AIYouTubeManager uses the YouTube API Services to read the data you authorise. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.
We do not download, copy, re-host, modify or redistribute YouTube videos. Videos are played in YouTube's own embedded player and linked back to YouTube. All video content remains the property of its creators and subject to YouTube's terms.
You can withdraw our access to your Google and YouTube data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. By connecting your account you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Try it on your own subscriptions
The Free plan needs nothing but a Google sign-in, and shows you your real library scored and categorised within a few minutes.
