Subscription Terms

The specifics of how paid AIYouTubeManager plans are billed, renewed and changed.

Effective 18 September 2026 · Last updated 18 September 2026

This page describes how AIYouTubeManager operates. It is written in plain language for clarity and is not legal advice. If you need advice about your own rights or obligations, please consult a qualified professional.

1. About these terms

These subscription terms form part of the terms of service and apply whenever you hold a paid AIYouTubeManager plan. Cancellation and refunds are covered separately in the refund and cancellation policy.

2. Free and paid plans

The free plan requires no payment and has no time limit. It includes usage allowances — for example a cap on the number of subscriptions, on semantic searches per day, on AI mentor messages per day, and on how many roadmaps can be active at once. When you reach one, the app tells you which limit it was, and daily allowances reset the next day.

Paid plans remove or raise those allowances and add further features. What each plan includes, and its current price, is shown on the pricing page, which reads the same plan catalogue that checkout charges against.

3. Billing intervals

Monthly

A monthly plan is charged on the day you subscribe and then on the same day of each following month. Where a month has no such day, the charge falls on the last day of that month.

Annual

An annual plan is a single charge covering twelve months, at a lower effective monthly rate than monthly billing. It renews on the same date each year. The features are identical to the monthly plan of the same tier.

4. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. At the end of each billing period, the payment method on file is charged for the next period at the then-current price for your plan.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy for how to cancel on each platform.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown on the pricing page in the currency configured for your region, and the currency you are charged in is confirmed by the payment provider before you pay.

Prices are shown excluding tax. Any sales tax, VAT, GST or equivalent that applies where you live is calculated by the payment provider and shown to you before you confirm the payment. Your bank or card issuer may also apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is between you and them.

6. Payment methods and processors

Card payments on the web are processed by Stripe or, where enabled, Razorpay, on their own secure checkout pages. We never receive or store your card details. The payment methods available to you are determined by the provider and your location.

Purchases made inside our Android or iOS apps are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, using the payment method held by that store.

7. How access is granted

Your plan is unlocked by our servers only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us. The app on your device never decides your entitlement for itself, which is why a purchase occasionally takes a few moments to appear, and why a purchase the provider has not confirmed does not grant access.

8. Failed payments and suspension

If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider normally retries it for a short period. Access is not withdrawn the moment a charge fails, because most failures are expired cards and temporary declines that clear on a retry.

If the payment still cannot be collected after those attempts, the paid plan ends and the account returns to the free plan. Updating your payment method with the provider is the way to resolve it. Nothing you created is deleted.

9. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading

You can move to a higher plan at any time. The new plan's features become available once the payment is confirmed, and a new billing period starts from that point.

Downgrading and switching interval

Moving to a lower plan, or from annual to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep what you have already paid for. After that, the lower plan's features and allowances apply.

10. Trials and promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. When we do, the terms shown at sign-up — the length, what happens at the end, and when the first full charge is taken — apply to that subscription.

Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts into a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends, and cancelling before it ends means no charge is taken. Promotional pricing applies for the stated period and then renews at the standard price. Trials and promotions may be limited to new customers and to one per person.

11. Price changes

We may change the price of a plan. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Where a change affects your renewal, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance at the email address on your account, so you can decide whether to continue. If you do not want to renew at the new price, cancel before the renewal date.

12. Mobile store subscriptions

A subscription bought inside our mobile apps is billed and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. That means renewals, payment methods, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store rather than by us, and are also subject to that store's own terms.

A subscription bought through a store cannot be cancelled or refunded here, and a subscription bought on the web cannot be managed through a store. Keeping one subscription per account avoids being billed twice for the same access.

13. Refunds

Refunds are covered in full by the refund and cancellation policy, including how to request one and how store purchases, duplicate charges and unauthorised payments are handled.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these subscription terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify you of material changes before they affect your renewal.
