Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AIYouTubeManager you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service. If you use AIYouTubeManager on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services, and you must be old enough to hold a Google account in your country. If you are not old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

You sign in with Google, so your Google account is your credential. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account is for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer your account or your access to a paid plan.

AIYouTubeManager is an AI-assisted learning layer over YouTube. It reads the YouTube data you authorise, scores and categorises the channels you follow, builds a personalised feed and recommendations, generates learning roadmaps and summaries, and provides AI mentoring and search across your own library.

It is a discovery and organisation tool. It does not host, download, copy, modify or redistribute video content.

AIYouTubeManager uses the YouTube API Services. By using it with a connected YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

AIYouTubeManager is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. Nothing in the service should be read as implying that it is. YouTube and Google are not responsible for AIYouTubeManager.

You may revoke our access to your Google and YouTube data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Features that depend on YouTube will stop working until you reconnect.

You agree not to:

• Use AIYouTubeManager in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use it in any way that breaches the YouTube API Services Developer Policies or the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Download, scrape, store or redistribute video or audio content obtained through the service.
• Reverse engineer the service, circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or automate access in ways not provided for by the product.
• Attempt to gain access to another user's account or to systems or data you are not authorised to reach.
• Use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing or deliberately misleading material.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written agreement.

Channel scores, summaries, study notes, roadmaps, recommendations and chat responses are produced by AI systems. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are provided for information only.

They are not professional, academic, financial, legal, medical or career advice. You are responsible for verifying anything important against the underlying source before relying on it. Decisions you make on the basis of AI output are your own.

The AIYouTubeManager software, interface, branding and original content are owned by AIYouTubeManager and protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service, and nothing more.

AIYouTubeManager does not own, and does not claim to own, any YouTube content. Videos, channel artwork, titles and descriptions belong to their creators and to YouTube, and are shown subject to YouTube's own terms and copyright policies. Video playback happens in YouTube's embedded player and links back to YouTube.

Content you create in the service — your learning profile, goals, roadmaps, notes and messages — remains yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it in order to operate the service for you, including sending the relevant parts to the AI providers that generate your results. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to advertise to you.

The service relies on third parties including Google and YouTube, AI providers, payment providers, and hosting and email providers. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control, and an interruption at one of them can interrupt AIYouTubeManager. We are not responsible for third-party services, and links to external sites are not an endorsement of them.

AIYouTubeManager offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewals, trials and price changes are set out in the subscription terms, and cancellation and refunds in the refund and cancellation policy. Both are part of these terms.

Access to a paid plan is granted by our servers only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Purchases made inside our mobile apps are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are also subject to that store's terms.

We aim to keep AIYouTubeManager available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, and YouTube API quota limits can all affect it.

We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance, and you may cancel as described in the subscription terms.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to put it right first.

You may stop using AIYouTubeManager at any time and delete your account, which permanently removes your data as described in the privacy policy. Cancelling a paid plan does not by itself delete your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIYouTubeManager is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output or channel scores will be accurate, or that the service will meet your particular requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither AIYouTubeManager nor anyone acting on its behalf is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising out of or connected with your use of AIYouTubeManager.

Our total liability for any claim connected with these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or the equivalent of one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIYouTubeManager from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at vijayrajpalanisamy@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If that does not succeed, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, subscription terms and refund and cancellation policy, are the entire agreement between us about AIYouTubeManager.

We may update these terms as the product and its legal context change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify you of material changes. Continuing to use AIYouTubeManager after a change means you accept the updated terms.
